It has been a tradition for years that researchers of the Doctoral School of Education participate in the Science Night program, which takes place on September 27 this year. The main goal of this event held throughout Europe is to promote science and research careers.
This year, members of the Doctoral School of Education at the University of Szeged, as well as researchers of the MTA-SZTE Digital Learning Technologies Research Group, welcome children and their parents, as well as students and teachers interested in educational sciences, in Szent-Györgyi Albert Agora with three programs.
Using the advantages of 21st century testing, interested people can get to know how fast they learn and how they think with eDia's playful computer tasks on the spot. Furthermore, as a result of the cooperation of the enthusiastic students and teachers of Arany János Primary School, the participants of the program will be able to try many exciting natural science experiments.
The children who solve the tests and try the experiments receive stickers in their researcher passports, which they could exchange for small gifts. We are confident that we will managed to show the beauty inherent in scientific research and the life of a researcher.
